Lao Mineral Development Bor Neng-Ban Sao Sole Co.,Ltd. was established in 2012 with a registered capital of 10.2 billion Lao kip. Located in Wadai Village, Xike District, Vientiane, Laos, the company's main business includes mining, processing, domestic sales, and exports.

   The company's mining area is located approximately 70km northwest of Thakhek, the capital of Khammouan Province in Laos, about 30km from Xinben County, and approximately 300km from the capital Vientiane. The mining area is connected to Laos' Highway 13 by a newly built road, providing convenient transportation.The mining area is located in the Nanbata Basin in central Laos, surrounded by limestone mountain ranges that extend in a northwest southeast direction. It is characterized by low to medium mountain and hilly terrain, with an elevation generally ranging from 200-300m and a relative height of 100-200m. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with low to medium mountains and hilly highlands interspersed with mountain valleys. The northeast, east, and southwest areas of the work area are limestone distribution areas with steep terrain and significant relative height differences. The highest point in the area is 575m and the lowest point is 157m. The area is covered with thorns, lush shrubs, and well-developed vegetation.

     The mining operations involve six minerals: tin, lead, zinc, iron, copper, and gold. The mining area spans 28.11 square kilometers, and the mining license is valid for 20 years, with the option to renew for another 25 years upon expiration. 

   According to the exploration report by Tianjin Huakan, the company's current resource reserves are approximately $10.3 billion.The company's production unit adopts a procurement and selection contracting operation model, with a total of four tin beneficiation plants and a production scale of approximately 3000 tons per day; Two lead-zinc mines, one has been put into operation with a beneficiation plant capacity of 300-400 tons/day, and the other is currently being explored and constructed; There are three iron ore production units and one gold mine. There are a total of 9 mining and beneficiation plants in the mining area.
